Patients booked by phone, reminders were manual, and follow-ups after a visit were easy to miss. The clinics needed video visits without adding staff.
02Solution
After patient and staff interviews we redesigned the booking journey around the three most common visit types, added automated reminders and in-app video consultations, and migrated the clinic systems to a managed, encrypted cloud setup.
