01Challenge
The old theme-based store was slow on mobile, product pages buried key details, and checkout spanned four pages.
02Solution
We ran a UX audit, rebuilt the catalogue and product pages around real shopper questions, and moved the store to a headless Next.js front end with image optimisation, edge caching and a single-page checkout.
03Result
Pages load near-instantly on mobile and far more visitors complete their purchase.
