01Challenge
The founders had a strong idea and a pilot group of schools, but no product — and a fixed window before the new term started.
02Solution
We scoped the MVP to one subject and one core loop (learn, practise, review), prototyped it with real students in week two, then built it in agile sprints with automated tests so every release to the pilot schools was stable.
03Result
The pilot started on time and its usage data shaped the next funding round and roadmap.
